Upon completion of this form you will be notified by e-mail confirming your acknowledgement of filing this form. All information you sent will be held as 'personal information' between you and I only and will not be released without a statment from you stating any part contained here -in. 
 
Fill in all areas that pertain to the areas of interest , make sure you fill in the field that pertains to your complete name , full address , State/Prov and Postal /Zip code areas.
 
For special cases , applications received from certain areas of the world will receive lower fees or Free Membership for joining the group !
 
Asia / Africa and some other Oceananic Island stations may apply for this reduced rates or Free Membership !
 
Some others as well may apply for reduced rates or other methods of payment see below form for those areas !

Here is a short list of others who may make payment in other funds , others may be added later.
 
Canadians - You may make payments in 'Canadian Dollars' by a Postal Money Order , Cash or certified cheque. ( No personal cheques accepted ) .
 
British Territories - You may make the equivalent payment of U.S. Dollars in British Pounds Only !
 
Australia and it's Territories - you may make the equivalent payment of U.S. dollars in Australian Dollars Only !
 
Eastern European - CONTACT ME VIA E-MAIL for payment methods !
 
Asia / Africa / Oceananic Regions - Also CONTACT ME VIA E-MAIL for your reduced payment methods !
 
Special Cases - Poorer Countries - CONTACT ME VIA E-MAIL !
 
All Others - Your payment will be as per Application Form !
 
Overseers / Managers / Directors - Are Always Free To Those That Qualify !
